基于后悔理论的IT软件外包双边匹配决策方法

从后悔理论的角度研究软件外包双边匹配问题,首先提出软件外包双边评价指标体系,再基于市场环境的不确定性和客观事物的复杂性,评价信息采用实数、区间数、0~1判断型指标、三角模糊数、语言集5种类型表示;通过对不同类型信息规范化处理,根据后悔理论求出决策者感知效用矩阵,据此建立软件外包发包商和承包商满意度最大化的多目标优化模型,并通过线性加权法转换为单目标优化模型求解。最后通过实例分析表明该决策方法的有效性和合理性。  相似文献   

Six teaching orientations of Holocaust educators as reflections of teaching perspectives and meaning making processes

This study explored processes of curricular reinterpretation made by teachers who teach about the Holocaust. We conducted holistic narrative analyses of in-depth interviews with 31 American Holocaust educators. Six teaching orientations were identified: passionate historical, mythologizing-transforming, social-contemporizing, empathic-personalizing, riveting-shocking, and pragmatic-socializing. We offer vignettes for each orientation and compare them to other teaching perspective typologies, highlighting the novelty and utility of the presented typology. The findings demonstrate how narrative identity, meaning-making processes and teaching perspectives interconnect and lead teachers to reinterpret the Holocaust in their teaching. These findings have implications for teaching complex and value-laden topics.  相似文献

Out-of-sync in managerial attention: Temporal and repertory mismatches between the headquarters and subsidiary

We advance the attention-based view by presenting empirical evidence that the attention of headquarters and subsidiary managers in a multi-business organization is, at times, out of sync. Based on empirical material that allows us to differentiate between what is attended to and what is ignored by management, we analyze the focus of managerial attention, environmental and subsidiary stimuli, and actions taken in the decision-making process over 15 years, during a period of strategic transformation. We suggest that attentional mismatches occur not only between strategic issues but also between what are considered relevant responses or actions to be taken at any particular time. We analyze the origins of the attentional mismatches and explore ways to avoid such nonalignment in strategic decision making.  相似文献
